Pocket ramps up its sales capability with a senior recruitment from First Base
As part of its expansion, London’s fastest growing housing developer Pocket has announced the appointment of Nathalie Cochran as its new Head of Sales.
Nathalie joins Pocket from the developers First Base London, where she was responsible for residential sales and marketing across developments in London and Brighton. She was part of the core team working on the 62-acre regeneration of the Royal Docks in East London.
She has also held sales and consultancy roles with Knight Frank and Savills.
Nathalie joins Pocket at an exciting time for the company; it is now delivering more homes than in its entire history with over 650 apartments in the pipeline. This year 150 Pocket affordable homes will be delivered in Lewisham, Lambeth, Hackney and Kingston alongside a growing proportion of open market homes. All Pocket affordable buyers are singles or couples who are either living or working in the borough they buy in and their current average household income is around £40,000.
Nathalie is responsible for both the sale of the Pocket affordable homes to London’s eligible first time buyers and the pipeline of open market homes. Nathalie’s broad experience means she is well positioned to deliver these homes to market.
Pocket’s Sales & Marketing Director, Lucian Smithers, said:
“Nathalie makes a fantastic addition to the Pocket team. She comes to us with a wealth of experience in the residential property sector which will be useful as we continue to go from strength-to-strength in 2017.
“We have big ambitions for the future, including Europe’s tallest modular-built residential tower in Wandsworth and our largest development to date in Ealing. Nathalie’s expertise will prove invaluable in ensuring that these are delivered to the city makers who need them most.”
Incoming Head of Sales Nathalie Cochran said:
“With a pipeline of over 650 homes Pocket is fast becoming one of the strongest residential property brands in London and I am thrilled to be heading up their sales team and supporting their ambition to get more moderate-income city makers onto the property ladder.”
